Happy Long Weekend!

Happy Long Weekend everyone!  With this recent teaser of hot weather, I think we are all ready to throw off the socks and slip on the sandals.

I think we are going to try and head out of town for a little day trip if the weather holds up.  If it doesn’t I have a little indoor urban adventure I think I’m going to take the kids on.  I’m sure I’ll have my camera along for both so be sure to follow along on Instagram

And lastly, a little bit of a random topic – but where do you draw inspiration from?  And I’m not just talking about a creative career but everyday life too.  For example, what inspires you to create a crafting project with your kids, or go on a day trip.  What inspires you to try a new meal (even if you feel it may be less of a success) or even try a new trend?  Sometimes I get in a big rut and just feel blah.  It’s only when I reach the end of my tether that I gather up the strength to head to the store and try on some new clothes, or take the kids on a mini adventure.  I’m sure it’s not like that for everyone and I’d love to hear.
