This week has been a WHIRLWIND and I feel like I need the above print on my wall just to remind me to slow down, breathe and focus.  I’m working on a couple of exciting projects and although it’s fun I feel like it all came at once.  I have to remember to take a step back sometime.

What I really wanted to use this space was to thank all my friends who are helping me out with these projects.  I was truly blown away by all the contributions you offered and advice given.  I am so grateful to have so many wonderful women in my life who are truly so generous.  So thank-you.  This blog would definitely NOT be what it is without you.

This weekend should be a fun one.  We are being tourists in our own town and attending St. Matthias Day which is at St. Matthias Anglican Church here in Westmount.  It looks so lovely from the outside and I’ve always wondered what the inside looked like.  It’s open to the public on Saturday from 10h – 13h.

I’m also excited to go the Etsy: Made in Canada event here in Montreal.  If you’re not in Montreal there are events taking place across Canada.  I always love meeting and catching up with creators that I’ve talked about on the blog and especially discovering new ones.  Melissa from Olive Branch & Co who did the lovely print above will be there as well 60+ (!) other artists.
