I made two peach jams this year from the cookbook Well Preserved which I adore. I prepped the peaches the day before, and then scrambled to get it all done in one of my baby’s 45 minute naps. It was worth the effort. I made both the Butterscotch Peach Jam and Melba Peach Jam. I preferred the former, and you can find a similar recipe here from, confusingly, a preserving website called Well Preserved.
If I can make jam with a 4 month old on hand, anyone can. You just need to organize!
Thanks Sarah for the book!
