The other day I met a friend for lunch at Le Kitchen in St-Henri and I thought it would make a good blog post.
The place itself is located next to Studio Breathe in St-Henri on a nice little stretch. The menu is small and consists of vegetarian (vegan?) salads and juices. On the day I was there, four salads were available from the fridge.
My friend chose the Breathe Bowl
and I chose the Aztec Salad.
We also got a couple of juices.
I believe the salads were in the $9 – $12 range and the juices I have no idea… The salads were pretty good, and the juices were good I guess but I’m just not a vegetable juice kind of gal. The reason I thought it would be a good post is because I just thought the spot was so baby friendly.
There are no stairs to enter, lots of room for a stroller, it’s quiet, I wouldn’t feel self-conscious breast feeding, and healthy flavourful salads are a new mom’s best friend. I think it’s a great option for moms and their little ones in St-Henri.
Are there any other great mom & babe options in St-Henri I should know about?
