Happy Valentine’s Day!
Do you have anything special planned? We are going out for brunch, just the three of us.
Did you do anything special for your valentine? I sent a card to my husbands office. Here’s to hoping they understand ‘Private & Confidential’. It’s a bit of a funny card, so if it gets opened up I imagine it might get shown around a bit… And I may have an annoyed husband… ooh don’t I live dangerously.
It’s been a bit of a crazy couple weeks which is good (busy means I’m working!) but I kinda need a breather. I feel like because I am working from home I am sticking on more chores than usual (like making handmade valentines instead of buying, insisting on bringing over home-baked goods, doing laundry more often than I used to). It’s all good, and I am SO happy I’m in my situation, but I think I just need some slower days (some days my legs are sore from running up and down the stairs all day which may say more about my physical fitness than anything). I always dream about having a bath and then end up taking a two minute shower at 3:00 in the afternoon.
Anyways, boo hoo, right Michelle?
And on that note, I hope you all have some chocolate (ethically made preferably!) and have some downtime with those you love.
