For a blog that’s supposed to be about Life & Food in Montreal, I haven’t been so good on the ‘life’ bit… then again the ‘food’ part seems to be lacking too. Oh well, blame it on the heat wave and the whirlwind of summer….
To escape the heat, and switch up the routine the kiddo and I headed to the Montreal Biôdome located at the Olympic Park. The Biodôme is a showcase of the Ecosystems of the Americas ranging from a Tropical Rainforest to the Sub-Antartic Islands (Penguins!) Bastien loved it and insisted on running around everywhere… leaving me trying to simultaneously chase after him and move the never used stroller to the next area. It was exhausting but fun. I do recommend trying to head there on a weekday when it is less busy. We were there early on a Wednesday and it was pretty perfect.
