An easy recipe for yorkshire puddings.
Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpouse flour
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • scant 1ΒΌ cup milk
  • vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the vegetable oil. Try to get out the lumps and try to let it rest for about 30 mins before using it.
  2. Turn your oven on to it's highest heat (mine is around 475F) and let it get very hot.
  3. Put a muffin pan onto a baking sheet and stick it in the oven to let it heat up.
  4. When oven has fully heated up pour in 1 tbsp vegetable oil into each hole. (make sure oven door is closed while you are doing this)
  5. Put the tins back in the oven and let them heat up another 5 minutes
  6. Bring it out again and quickly fill each hole with the batter (a spoon ladle works well). Batter should sizzle in oil. If it doesn't it's not hot enough.
  7. Let it cook for 15 minutes until fluffy and golden.
